Joseph has been immersed in the real estate market for over four years, leveraging this time to gain in-depth industry expertise. With a knack for uncovering opportunities and creating value, he has completed more than 100 transactions and sold 75 homes—an impressive track record totaling over $40 million in sales.
Recently, Joseph took on a challenging commercial real estate venture that had proved challenging for others. Through strategic planning and persistence, he successfully closed the deal, b’ezras Hashem. This achievement inspired him to expand into commercial real estate, adding another dynamic layer to his portfolio.
Looking ahead, Joseph has set his sights on achieving $25 million in sales in 2025, aiming to bring the same dedication and results-driven approach to every transaction.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Joseph had a solid education, graduating from Yeshiva Kehillath Yaakov and later studying in Israel for a semester.
Joseph has a variety of hobbies and a versatile background. He has taught sixth grade, served as a counselor in camp for five summers and drove a school bus. His interests vary from interior designing (he enjoys giving an opinion on colors and shades – just ask!) to playing the violin and soccer.
He lives in the Lower Hudson Valley with his wife and five children.
